LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) – Pierce Clarkson, a highly touted quarterback who spent two seasons at the University of Louisville before transferring briefly to Ole Miss and then UCLA, has been arrested on unspecified felony charges, according to multiple media reports out of Los Angeles.
The Los Angeles Times reported late Sunday night that Clarkson had been suspended from UCLA’s team after his arrest by the L.A. Police Department with bail set at $30,000. He has a hearing scheduled for Oct. 3.
In a statement, UCLA said, "We are aware of the charges against Pierce Clarkson. He has been indefinitely suspended from all team activity pending the outcome of the legal process.
