Russia unleashed its largest aerial assault since invading Ukraine, deploying over 800 drones and killing four civilians including an infant.

Ukrainian officials led foreign diplomats through bomb-damaged government offices, including the capital’s main administrative building struck for the first time.

The attack occurred as diplomatic peace efforts stagnate and Trump has avoided imposing threatened sanctions on Moscow.
