DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) -- Kettering Health has big plans for Xenia.
According to the organization, an investment of approximately $35 million will bring developments to healthcare facilities in Xenia.
These developments are pending the city's approval and will be voted on at a later date.
If approved, Kettering Health intends to build a $26 million outpatient health center on Progress Drive across from the YMCA. The 24,000-square-foot facility will offer primary care, on-demand walk-in care, lab and imaging services.
An additional investment of at least $10 million will be invested into Kettering Health Greene Memorial for beautification and renovations.
