The Real Housewives of Orange County star Gina Kirschenheiter’s boyfriend, Travis Mullen, and his ex-wife, Meghan Mullen, will participate in a psychological evaluation as part of their custody battle, Us Weekly can exclusively report.

Us obtained court documents filed on August 28 by the exes. Travis, 40, and Meghan agreed to appoint a Newport Beach, California, doctor to conduct a “full child custody evaluation regarding” their children.

The purpose of the evaluation is to “assist the court in making a determination regarding the custody and visitation arrangement that is in the best interest of the minor children.”

Travis and Meghan will work with the evaluator and will “promptly complete all necessary paperwork, interviews, psychological testing and home visits as reasonably request
