Escape to the Country returned to TV screens on Monday (8th September) with Richie Anderson at the helm of the BBC show.
The Strictly Come Dancing star headed to locations across the Midlands, including Stratford-upon-Avon and Bidford-on-Avon, to help couple Natalie and Andy, hailing from Birmingham , search for a new property.
Richie, who is from Smethwick , opened up during a conversation with Natalie and Andy about the decision to leave a big city behind in favour of the countryside.
Richie explained how he had moved to the countryside and it had ultimately "changed" his life, with him and partner Dean having become more "active" while improving their social life.
