Susan Sarandon has admitted to feeling "terrified" about her latest acting endeavour during a recent appearance on The One Show.

This week, presenters Angellica Bell and Roman Kemp chatted with the esteemed Hollywood actress and her new co-star, Andrea Riseborough, about their upcoming stage production.

Both will be starring in Mary Page Marlowe, a play that tells the story of one woman's life over 70 years, portrayed by five different actors.

Not only does the production pose the daunting challenge of presenting five unique portrayals of the same character, but it also promises to engage audiences by staging it in the round.
