WLWT learned that the city of Cincinnati decided not to fight the sealing of Alex Tchervinski’s citation, so documents were released.

"As a result of some negotiations between ourselves and the city prosecutor's office, they've agreed to withdraw the motion to keep the records sealed today," said Tchervinski's attorney, Doug Brannon. "Alex never asked that these records be sealed at all. This was only the city's doing."
