EAST GRAND FORKS — Dave Zavoral says his family’s company is always in pursuit of excellence. Zavoral is vice president of RJ Zavoral and Sons Inc., a heavy civil construction operation in the Red River Valley, serving Minnesota and North Dakota.

“We pride ourselves on wanting to do great work,” he said. “We love to compete with ourselves and to set goals and to achieve those, achieve great work in the most efficient way possible.”
