The Stratford Hunter Steel Warriors ended the preseason Saturday at Allman Arena with a 4-3 loss to St. Andrew’s College. They’ll have nearly two weeks to prepare for the 2025-26 season opener Sept. 17 in London. Article content Article content

Jack McGurn, Quinn Kipfer, on the power play, and Drew Hodge scored on Saturday in the team’s first exhibition game at the 101-year-old arena. Joseph Curtin had two assists, and Gage Hurst made 19 saves.

St. Marys split its home-and-home with Brantford to end the exhibition schedule.

Will Wright scored twice in the Lincolns’ 3-1 road win Thursday. Lincoln Moore added a single marker. Brogan Colquhoun made 20 saves in the Lincs’ net.
