ELYSBURG, Pa. (WHTM) - A Pennsylvania roller coaster has been named the best in the world at a national award ceremony.

Knoebels says its Phoenix wooden coaster was named number one in the world for the seventh consecutive time at the Golden Ticket Awards.

The park says the Phoenix coaster now holds the record for the longest-running winner of the top wooden roller coaster award and has made the top 10 each year for more than two decades.
