Grande Prairie RCMP’s crime reduction unit arrested and charged three people related to drug trafficking following an investigation. Article content
It began on Sept. 3 when the CRU tried to stop a pickup truck, but the driver managed to evade them. The following day, the truck was located, and the RCMP were able to pull the vehicle over in a traffic stop. As officers approached the vehicle, they were able to see controlled substances and arrested the three people in the vehicle. Article content

When investigators searched the truck they found 170 grams of methamphetamines; 75 gras of cocaine; 104 grams of fentanyl; drug trafficking paraphernalia; bear mace; brass knuckles; and an undisclosed amout of Canadian currency.
