KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - While the Chiefs season opener wasn’t the outcome fans wanted, some Kansas Citians who traveled to the game are still grateful for their trip south of the equator.

Kelly Barker traveled to Brazil from Kansas City with a True Fan Travel group. The group started their adventure in Rio De Janeiro before going down the coast to São Paulo.

Barker said that one of the best parts of watching the Chiefs in a new country was sharing her love for football and learning the Brazilian way of life.
