SHIELDS, Wis. -- The Dodge County Sheriff's Office identified the 18-year-old victim of a single-vehicle crash in the Town of Shields Saturday evening.

Caleb Guatemala, from Watertown, died when he was traveling northbound on County Road Q, just south of Pit Road, and reportedly struck several trees.

Emergency personnel were dispatched just before 6:30 p.m. Saturday.

According to the sheriff's office, initial investigation showed Guatemala's vehicle, a 2006 Acura sedan, stopped approximately 50 yards off the road in a wooded area. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
