MINN/WIS. — UW-Superior has partnered with Generations Health Care Initiatives on Bridge to Health survey.
The survey assesses health conditions, access to medical care, mental well-being and more.
The survey is sent out at random and aims for around 7,500 responses from nine counties in Minnesota and Douglas County in Wisconsin.
The data is anonymous and won’t be sold. It will be used to look at overall health and funding needs.
“There’s a very thoughtful array of responses related to, you know, food sensitivities, to lack of transportation, lack of employment, all of those. So it’s really a holistic survey in terms of asking about health and wellness,” Emily Neumann, Center for Research & Evaluation Services Director said.
