ALTON, Ill. -- After losing its first regular season game in three years, the Quincy Blue Devils were looking to rebound.
That's exactly what Quincy on Friday night did to earn a 33-7 road win over Alton.
"It was a good bounce back win," said QHS head coach Rick Little. "We were able to work out some things and get back on the right track."
Blue Devils quarterback Hunter Schuckman completed 15-of-23 passes for 267 yards and three touchdowns.
All three of Schuckman's touchdown passes were in the first half to help give Quincy a 20-0 lead into halftime, with Noah Wells catching a 20-yarder and Cole Burgess catching a 99-yarder and 31-yarder.
