MILWAUKEE, WI — A time-honored family tradition was carried on this week, as a bottle of Worcestershire sauce was proudly passed down to a 7th generation.

William Baxendale VI was proud to carry on the cherished heritage last week by bequeathing the family bottle of Worcestershire sauce to his son, William Baxendale VII, who is now the 7th generation of Baxendale men to possess the bottle.

"It's still about three-quarters full," marveled Baxendale VII, carefully cradling the 15 fl. oz. bottle in his arms like a newborn baby. "Just look at it — it's only gotten better after all these years."
