HAYS, Kan. (KSNW) -- The City of Hays says you should stop flushing "flushable wipes."

Water Smart Hays, the water resources department for the city, took to social media to share the message that the wipes labeled as "flushable" often aren't.

The so-called "flushable" wipes strike again! Staff discovered this absolutely disgusting blob interfering with the operation of one of the lift stations this morning.
