After a successful run last year, Kiin’s ‘Cook’s Tour’ is back. Inspired by travel and food shows, the dinner series takes diners on a journey to Thailand through its food and traditions. Chef Ben Bertei and his team bring the flavours and stories of the country’s regions to the table.
This year, the tour explores how Thailand’s landscapes have shaped its diverse cuisine. Each menu draws on Ben’s travels and experiences, offering his creative take on traditional recipes and techniques.
The final chapter of the series will be a collaboration with Paulmara Estates at Kiin’s Angas Street restaurant. The event will celebrate the farms, regions and food traditions that continue to shape Thai cuisine.
