The body found in a suburban forest preserve was identified as a missing mother of four who disappeared earlier this summer, authorities said.
DuPage County Coroner Judith Lukas revealed Monday human remains found in mid-August at the Springbrook Prairie Forest Preserve were identified as 46-year-old Olasinmibo “Sinmi” Abosede through dental records. The cause and manner of death were pending as of Monday afternoon.
On Aug. 14, Naperville police were called to a trailhead at the forest preserve, near the intersection of 83rd Street and Chandelle Drive, after a body was discovered in the prairie, police said in a previous news release.
Officers were led through high grass to a deceased person whose c
