LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Republicans on Louisville’s Metro Council shared a proposal Monday that seeks to improve public safety within the city.
“These proposals either address aspects of crime that often times escalate into greater and more dangerous criminal activity, seek to improve safe behavior or support efforts to bring more offers to our neighborhoods,” the 12 Republican councilmembers wrote.
The “Safer Louisville Plan" includes more than a dozen policies and legislation the GOP councilmembers want to implement in the next year.
