LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Police in Shelby County have made three arrests connected to the death of a man found inside a Shelbyville home.

The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office was called just after 5 p.m. on Aug. 20 about someone found unresponsive.

Deputies arrived to find a man, identified as 58-year-old Tim Ethington, who was later pronounced dead.

On Monday, police announced the arrests of 23-year-old Jeremiah James of Louisville, 21-year-old Madison Greenwell of Shelbyville – both were arrested in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. The last suspect, 21-year-old Rodney Isgrigg Jr. of Jeffersonville, Indiana was arrested in Louisville.

All three are charged with murder and are currently awaiting extradition back to Shelby County.

No other details surrounding the death of Ethington has been disclosed.
