Delaware County Sheriff Craig S. DuMond announced the arrest of a Delhi man on drug possession charges following a prison contraband investigation.

According to a news release, corrections officers with the Delaware County Correctional Facility were conducting a search of Matthew McLean, 37, of Delhi, during McLean’s intake into the correctional facility on unrelated bail jumping charges on Sept. 5 at about 2:40 a.m.
