A few weeks ago, Jhony Silva, 29, had a conversation with his child that he never wanted to have. The eight-year-old listened as Silva explained Temporary Protected Status (TPS), and how the Trump administration’s decision to end the program affects Nicaraguans, Nepalis and Hondurans like Silva.
