Hollyoaks have confirmed the return of fan favourite Joel Dexter as Rory Douglas-Speed reprises his role in the Channel 4 soap.

Spoilers for next week reveal Tom Cunningham (Ellis Hollins) confides in a struggling Tony Hutchinson (Nick Pickard) on his successful visit with Peri Lomax (Ruby O'Donnell).

Seeing how lost for hope and down his friend, Tom arranges for Tony to have a position working in the kitchen.

Tom has a meeting with the governor and leaves Tony to his passion. Tony brings Tom a piece of cake to thank him for the opportunity and supporting him inside.
