MCLEAN COUNTY, Ill. (WMBD) -- The Twin Cities and the Mclean County Board are in a disagreement over the sales tax agreement that has been in effect for almost 10 years.

The agreement said that all the sales tax money collected within McLean County would be dispersed between the Twin Cities and McLean County. This money would be used for mental health services and jail improvements.

Currently, there is a surplus of money in the fund, and leaders are unsure of where it's come from, or why it is not being dispersed.
