SLIDELL, La. —

A Slidell man has been convicted of sexual assault due to his foot fetish.

Bobby Bester, 47, of Slidell, was found guilty of sexual battery and is facing 25-99 years in prison. Advertisement

Slidell police stated they received a report in March of 2018 regarding a sexual assault that occurred at a nursing home on Robert Boulevard.

When officers arrived to the nursing home, they were directed to a 69-year-old resident, who said Bester, who worked as a janitor at the nursing home, had entered her room while she was in the bed.

The resident stated that Bester made a comment about her socks having fallen off her feet and offered to put them back on for her.
