SHELTON, Conn. (WFSB) - A former preschool teacher and in-home nanny has been sentenced to 24 years in prison for producing child sex abuse material.

A detective with the Connecticut State Police Computer Crimes Unit began investigating in March of 2024.

The investigation revealed an IP address sharing child sex abuse images and videos was connected to 54-year-old Ross DeLibro’s home in Shelton.

DeLibro had worked since at least 2007 as a preschool teacher and in-home nanny for several families with young children in Connecticut,

His Apple MacBook Air, his iPhone, and an external hard drive were seized on May 1, 2024.
