Le Creuset, the company that has been creating colorful cookware for 100 years, is apologizing to customers who attended their factory to table sale event in Connecticut.

Le Creuset posted on their Instagram story saying, "We owe you an apology," claiming they "fell short when the ticketing platform and Mystery Boxes did not live up to expectations for all FTT guests."

The company held their event over the weekend at the CT Convention Center in Hartford. Tickets to the event sold out within a half hour.

"We're truly sorry for the disappointment in not achieving the standards expected at our events," they said.
