Shoalhaven FC Women are through to the Football South Coast grand finals in first and reserve grades after thrilling wins last weekend.
Shoalhaven took on minor premiers Shellharbour in both both grades, winning he right to play in both grand finals at WIN Stadium on Sunday, September 14.
But it took huge efforts from the players in both Shoalhaven sides to get there.
In first grade Shoalhaven and Shellharbour could not be separated after 120 minutes of play, and the resulkt came down to a penalty shoot-out.
A player of the match performance from Shoalhaven's keeper Jill Scott led the team to victory, making a brilliant save and scoring the winning goal after Mel Leedham, Shaylee Meehan and Bella Colman had converted their penalties.
