A Dauphin County judge has for the second time ordered Harrisburg to release nearly 1,500 invoices that show how much money taxpayers have spent to defend Mayor Wanda Williams against a state ethics investigation and a First Amendment retaliation lawsuit.
Dauphin County Judge Andrew Dowling handed down the order Thursday afternoon, denying the city’s petition for a review of the state Office of Open Records’ April 9 final determination in the matter.
