The Chimera Project Dance Theatre makes its premiere performance of a Canada-wide tour in Sault Ste. Marie on Sunday, Sept. 28, brought by Over the Rainbow Children’s Series to Community Theatre Centre at White Pines C and VS, 1007 Trunk Rd.

The Chimera Project invites audiences of all ages to experience “the whimsical and heartfelt world of Silly Billy, a vibrant dance-theatre production blending hoop dance, ballet, puppetry, and storytelling”, says a media release.

Cultural consultation by indigenous Elder Shirley Horn, of the Sault, ensures authentic storytelling and cultural respect, the release adds.
