Senior Constable Todd Cremer plans to lay (almost) everything bare for his next fundraising challenge.

On Friday, September 12, the cop from Kangaroo Valley will put himself through 12 strenuous hours of back-to-back workout sessions in his garage, raising money and awareness for first responder mental health and wellbeing.

The 12 For the Brave challenge represents the typical shift of a first responder, and will see Todd doing deadlifts, burpees, medicine ball slams, chin-ups, and a range of other high-intensity exercises, burning hundreds of calories per session.

And if that is not hard enough, he will be doing the whole thing in budgie smugglers.

"I'm pretty confident in my fitness, but the more nervy part is stripping down to a pair of budgies," Senior Constable Cremer said.
