A cat from Ottawa has captured hearts after her owner decided to give her a microphone to record her daily antics in full audio.
Emily, who shares her cat Bambi online, delighted fans in a recent post by attaching a tiny microphone to capture her pet's unique sounds and sassy meows in full. The results were a hit: a feisty, talkative feline demanding attention while stomping into the spotlight.
'Stompy Kitty'
Bambi's signature stomp is a key part of the microphone moment, and comes from a neurological condition called Cerebellar Hypoplasia (CH), sometimes referred to as " wobbly cat syndrome." The condition develops before birth if a pregnant cat is exposed to the feline panleukopenia virus, leaving the kitten's cerebellum underdeveloped.
