EXCLUSIVE: Germany’s OneGate Media will be at MIPCOM Cannes next month with an initiative to get more producers working on digital commissions.
The plan will see the Studio Hamburg-owned distributor issuing a ‘content call’ to open submissions to producers and IP owners, with selected projects commissioned for OneGate’s digital channels and handed a tailored digital distribution strategy.
The idea is to developed multiple dubbed versions of productions, channel marketing across platforms such as TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Google Ads, access to the OneGate AVOD channel portfolio and detailed analytics and insights.
