Emmitsburg residents will take to the polls on Sept. 30 to fill two Board of Commissioners seats.

Commissioner Kevin Hagan is running for reelection, as his term concludes in October. Former Commissioner Rosario Benvengi is running to fill Commissioner Amy Boehman-Pollitt's seat.
