Property tax reforms top priority this fall for Ohio legislature; See what else is on the list

COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Sticker shock from rising property taxes has Ohio lawmakers under pressure to deliver changes as they return from summer break.

House Speaker Matt Huffman, a Lima Republican, said lawmakers “have to move forward in October and November with significant reform,” while Senate Minority Leader Nickie Antonio of Cleveland put “real, meaningful property tax relief” at the top of her list.
