The average price for a home in Burlington was $1.08 million in August 2025, according to the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board. That’s down 3.1 per cent or $34,493 from July 2025 and down 8.7 per cent or $102,640 compared to August 2024.

There were 218 home sales after an average of 38 days on the market and 803 active listings at the end of August. Sales were up 39.7 per cent and active listings were up 24.9 per cent compared to a year ago.

Detached houses ( ↘ ) averaged $1.4 million, down 2.2 per cent or $31,973 month-over-month and down 8.8 per cent or $134,362 year-over-year. There were 113 detached house sales after an average of 35 days on the market and 366 active listings at the end of the month.

Semi-detached houses ( ↘ ) averaged $910,125, down 1.5 per cent or $14,181
