DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — Fall is in the air Tuesday morning, all before summer slowly starts to make a comeback.

We started off in the mid-60s across The Wiregrass, all as the air feels drier and less muggy.

Our northeast flow is finally bringing in drier air, with dew points falling from the 70s to the 60s.

This drier feeling will continue for the week ahead, as dew points fall to the 50s and remain in the 50s and lower 60s for the next seven days.

At the same time, highs will top out in the 80s through Wednesday and approach the 90s by the end of the workweek. Mid-90s are possible by Monday.

With drier air in place, rain chances will remain on the low side. The best chances are confined to The Panhandle, all as our Alabama and Georgia counties' chances remain, at most, at 10%.
