Prince Harry quietly returned to the UK on Monday, making a private visit to St George’s Chapel at Windsor to mark three years since Queen Elizabeth II’s passing. The Duke of Sussex, 40, laid a wreath of flowers at his grandmother’s burial site as he paid his respects.
