TUSCALOOSA, Ala. ( WBRC ) - A Tuscaloosa physician’s assistant is facing multiple charges including forging prescriptions for himself in his wife’s name and using a hidden camera to record video of an adult family member undressing in his home.
William Blake Hubbard is charged with multiple counts of forgery, computer tampering, possession of a controlled substance, and one count of voyeurism.
According to court records, Hubbard, who has an active physician’s assistant license, forged four prescriptions for either hydrocodone tablets or cough syrup in his wife’s name and using his supervising physician’s signature, though neither his wife nor the physician was aware and the prescriptions were meant for him.
