Social workers at Los Angeles General Medical Center were asking for the public’s help Tuesday in identifying a woman who has been hospitalized since Aug. 22.

The woman was found in downtown Los Angeles. She is described as Black, 5-feet-5 inches tall and weighing 161 pounds. The woman, who was lying on the ground when she was found, has black hair and brown eyes, officials added.

Anyone with information that could help staff identify her was urged to call clinical social workers Mercedes Mark at 323-409-3786 or Brian Dillon at 323-409-3134.
