Penn State Behrend gave an update on plans for a multimillion-dollar facility, giving the public a sneak peek into the final product.
Investors, government representatives and university officials gathered at Penn State Behrend's Knowledge Center on Tuesday to give a funding update on the $21 million Center for Manufacturing Competitiveness project.
