SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) - Grit & Grace Nation, a leadership program for middle school, high school and young adult girls, is accepting enrollment to its virtual Leadership Academy.

The Leadership Academy is a space where young girls, ages 12-18, meet virtually from September through May for mentorship, sisterhood and leadership development.

According to Grit & Grace, girls who enroll in the Leadership Academy show a 62% improvement across key areas, including:

Confidence and leadership presence

Emotional resilience and self-awareness

Communication skills and etiquette

Goal-setting, coachability and grit
