It will be a new-look city council that decides whether a contentious development in Springbank Hill will move forward, after council voted Tuesday to postpone a public hearing for the Augusta Villas project until January 2026.
The proposal, led by developer Kyle Wurzer, seeks to build 42 luxury townhomes on 2.86 acres of undeveloped land along Elveden Drive S.W. in Ward 6.
