HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) - Officials say work scheduled to begin the night of September 9 on the southbound U.S 41 bridge in Henderson has been pushed back to September 10.
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) says work with a lane closure will now commence at 6 p.m. on September 10. The project is scheduled to be completed by October 19.
The KYTC says crews plan to be on the bridge daily from 6 p.m. to 7 a.m. During that time, the southbound bridge will be restricted to one lane. Both lanes should be open from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. There is not a plan to alter traffic on the northbound bridge at this time.
