The Donna Independent School District and the Hidalgo County Head Start Program (HCHSP) are collaborating again to introduce the Donna Early Head Start (EHS) Academy that will provide free services to infants and toddlers starting from 6 weeks of age to 3 years old.

Set to open in January 2026, the program will provide comprehensive child development and family support services to low-income and homeless families of infants and toddlers, foster children, and children with disabilities.
