PASCO, Wash. – Pasco and Richland police teamed up to rescue five children from a kidnapping incident, arresting the suspect on multiple charges.
The Richland Police Department responded to a call on the 2600 block of Jason Loop. Officers reported that a 37-year-old man, who is not the legal guardian of his four children, entered a home with a bat.
Police stated the man assaulted someone in the home and took off with his four children, along with another child present in the home.
Pasco Police Department located the man and the five children at his workplace, the Dairy Gold plant under construction north of Pasco.
Authorities arrested the man and safely returned the children to their mothers.
He is now booked in Benton County Jail facing charges of kidnapping, assault, burglary, and d
