NAMPA, Idaho — A closure is currently in effect for W. Karcher Road between Midland Boulevard and the Karcher Bypass due to a "spill."

According to the City of Nampa , crews are on site working to clean up the area and reopen the road.

It is unclear what type of spill is responsible for the closure.

Motorists are advised to use an alternate route and obey detour signage.
