OWEGO, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) - As part of the Creative Symposium Series, the Tioga Arts Council will be hosting Dynamic Composing & Color with Brian Keeler.

On September 9th, Dynamics Composing & Color with Brian Keeler will be hosted by the Tioga Arts Council at Cloud Croft Studios in Owego. The event is part of the Creative Symposium Series.

Attendees can watch Artist Brian Keeler demonstrate his approach to painting the landscape.

The event is free to attend; however, registration is required due to limited space and will begin at 6 PM.
