One hunter has taken out about 400 feral pigs from Lyndon Barry's property on the Southern Tablelands this year alone.

The pigs have damaged fences, turned up ground and disturbed pastures, which cattle producer Mr Barry said had been an ongoing issue.
"We've got our problem areas," he said.
"Last year I repastured 60 acres - pasturing is very expensive these days and all your preparation and all your work that goes into it.
"The pigs came in and took 40 acres within the first month of it settling."
While letting hunters on his property had allowed them to be not too badly affected this ye
